Thanks to the Sanskrit lovers on the net, I am pleased to announce that we have collected over 150 such vaakyas from many such individuals. Now is the time we again look forward to your help in filling the vaakyas with meaning, context, related stories and reference information. Please let us know if you are willing to take up a few vaakyas and elaborate upon it. To begin with, we are looking at a contribution of two to three vaakyas on your part for the project. However, we would be glad to assign you more if you are so inclined. We have placed the files related to the vaakyas at jaguar site for you to browse. The files are: vaakya.txt (Just a list of sentences (vaakyasangraha)) vaakyalist.itx (A list of sentences with ITRANS header) vaakyalist.ps ( A list printed in devanaagarii for easy reading) vaakyaexamples.itx (Two examples of explanation of two sentences) vaakyaexamples.ps (Mixed devanaagarii/English print of examples) vaakyaformat (Format for which input is needed) Please either indicate a number from postscript printout or send the lines from the text of those vaakyas which you feel you can elaborate upon. The format is useful. Please let me know if you do not have access WWW or cannot access the jaguar site. I will send out the above material in an e-mail for your perusal. dhanyavaada Anand
