Among the hundred people only one is brave, 'shUra',
Among the thousand only one is a learned, Pandit
Among the ten thousand only one is a good orator, 'vaktaa'
The people who "give" ('dAtA' - One who donates) may (rarely) or may not exist.

You are certainly one of very few individuals interested in promoting Sanskrit related activities! :-)

We would like you to become a long term self-motivated volunteer, promoting activities at home on personal level, active locally and globally. We all are part of an ancient, traditional, and cultural flow, a Sanskriti dhArA. You will find that there is no targetted, quantitative goal we can live with for this activity. There is limitless treasure with us and we are not disciplined enough to recognize it, study it, and act on it with meditative concentration. We have to pass on the life nurturing thoughts we have inherited from generations to generations.

For lack of time, however, some prefer to promote activities by contributing money. If you consider this option, below is one method using paypal account or credit card.

Paypal or credit card payment
If you prefer sending the donation by cheque, money-order, or bank-draft, please write to sanskrit@cheerful.com for address details. Indicate where you are from and the form of payment with the amount you have in mind. After receiving the address, please follow up on sending the contribution as a word of honour. The money will be strictly used for recovering the site maintenance cost and for Sanskrit related projects.

Your contribution is welcome and whatever it is, let it come freely, from heart, without any reservations.

There is a cost associated with any activity; the cost be it money, time, or physical-mental efforts, and it depends on what one values. It is not enough just to wish to promote such activities, or talk about India's glorious past, or have wish for personal development, but must be followed by involvement at many levels.

Do good while you can!
