SETU - saMskR^itaM-English Translation Utility

SETU has been developed using Trolltech Qt Desginer 3.3.4 - a multi-platform C++ GUI applications development system - and Berkeley DB 4.2 as the database engine, under PCLinux 2005 (= RHL 9).

How to install SETU:

Create a directory named setu:

mkdir setu
cd setu

Copy setu-$1-*.tar.gz (where $1 = Version No. E.g.: 1.00) into directory setu and give the instructions:

gunzip setu-$1-a.tar.gz
gunzip setu-$1-b.tar.gz
gunzip setu-$1-c.tar.gz
gunzip setu-$1-d.tar.gz

tar -xvf setu-$1-a.tar
tar -xvf setu-$1-b.tar
tar -xvf setu-$1-c.tar
tar -xvf setu-$1-d.tar

./linksetu

Start SETU as follows:

./setu

tcpip_en.txt is a sample passage in English and tcp_ip.txt is its saMskR^itaM rendering in ITRANS.
