Whose feet are always worshiped by elephant couples. Which is auspicious and has white parts. Being seen by her is the ultimate wealth of his servants. I bow to that goddess sitting in the middle of a beautiful lotus. (2) For thousands of years, your majesty has been sung through the gods and sages and through the mantras of the Vedas. How will a person like me, suffering from your illusions know that divine glory? O beloved of Vishnu! All I know is that there is no fear for those who have nourished by your feet and for those human beings who have bowed before those feet. (3) Due to ego, I neither served you properly in this world with my mouth (speech) nor with this body which is an ocean of subjects to be grasped. Nor did I even appeal to you for forgiveness with my dull mind. Even then O mother of the world! Knowing that there is never a bad mother, I am hoping (for forgiveness). (4) Just by your glance, the body of Lord Vishnu, who had eyes like a blossoming lotus, became inferior to his head. Who knows their condition when they were forced to become horse-faced? O one who subjugates the world! Your power is limitless. O mother of this whole world! Please generate my love at your feet. (5) I do not have the opulence like the king of the gods. Nor do I, powerless, have the devotion like Jadbharata son of Rishabhadeva. O Beloved of the God who blesses the Elephant king! Neither do I have even a little of all this. There is nothing in me worth giving you. Pleased with this song emanating from my wretched mind, accept these dreadful impurities of mine at your feet and crush them. (6) Just as a mother forcibly pulls out the hands of her child engaged in wrongdoing, I assume this form on you with ease. Even if you have no desire to accept it, O one with a body as soft as a lotus! You generate love for me in your own lotus feet. (7) Hey mother! I know one thing that a mother keeps laughing while hiding the desired object of her son out of desire to play, you too are playing in the same way. You will do anything for my progress because whatever, after all I am also your son in this world. (8) Whether this world is true or false, this is what the wise people say daily to the people. But I want to learn from you about your method of service by keeping my devotion towards the shine of your toenails. That will be my progress. Apart from this I have no other expectations to understand. Can't anyone in this world become beautiful just by this (engagement in service for you)? (9) It is from you that Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva are born and become nourished and happy. They have been appointed by you for the activities of the world according to their qualities. O Kamla (Goddess of lotuses)! I have not been able to understand the form of you Parashakti (Supreme Power). Hey mother! I believe that this form of yours (your laxmi form) is my everything. (10) In order to get Rama, Ajit (Vishnu) with withering image tried to get you through the war between gods and demons and by becoming a huge tortoise, only then he became beautiful after getting you. But this son of yours is not as glorious as Lord Vishnu, hence do not be so cruel towards me. (11) I do not wish for any opulence, seeing the difficulties that arise in wishing for attainment of opulences. O worshiped by the king of gods! Your attainment is not possible through worship done through intelligence, money or force etc. or even through other (these types of) methods. (12) O the form of reason of the world! Mother of the whole world! May you continue to show me yourself in every way. in women, in children, in animals, in the immovable and the movable beings. (13) I have expressed here all the feelings that came to my heart. So O Goddess! You become happy for me. (14) I have made many mistakes in praising you here also. For all those things, consider me as a child and always forgive me. (15) Hey mother! I am very bad and you are the biggest destroyer of sins. If you get angry, where will I go? Even then, you do as you feel. In this way, the Rama Aparadha Kshamapana Stotra written by Acharyashri Kaushalendrakrishna ended. \medskip\hrule\obeylines Please send corrections to sanskrit@cheerful.com Last updated \today https://sanskritdocuments.org \end{document}
