चन्द्रचूड शिवशङ्कर पार्वतीरमणा निनगे नमो नमो ॥
अनुपल्लवी -
सुन्दरतर (सुन्दरमृगधर)
पिनाकधर हर (पिनाकधनुकर)
गङ्गाधर गजचर्माम्बरधर ॥
चरणम् -
धरेगे दक्षिण कावेरी कुम्भपुरवासनु नीने
करदलि वीणेय गानव माडुव उरगभूषणनु नीने
कोरळोळु भस्म रुद्राक्षिय धरिसिद परम वैष्णवनु नीने
गरुडगमन नम्म पुरन्दर विट्ठलन प्राणप्रियनु नीने ॥

The Original Composition is in Kannaḍa, by Śrī Purandara Dāsa a.k.a Purandara Viṭṭhala (Śrīnivāsa Nāyaka) and has been adapted in movies like Śrī Purandara Dāsaru (1967).
